مطلوب للتوظيف في شركة وينك خريجون جدد من قسم هندسة الاتصالات و قسم هندسة الحاسوب من محافظة بغداد حصراً، مكان العمل: بغداد – السعدون، العدد المطلوب للتوظيف من 1 الى 3 موظفين، العدد المطلوب للملف التعريفي من 10 الى 15 ليتم مقابلتهم في القريب العاجل وفقاً للوصف الوظيفي المبين ادناه:
Job Description-
Technical Support Engineer. To provide all kinds of GPS related technical support to the customers using specialized systems and processes. The role implies documentation work at each step of the support and performed from office. In addition, the job requires a high level of interpersonal skill.
Skills Required:
Technical.
Well versed with windows OS-1
Familiarity with MS Office especially excel-2
Basic understanding with networking concepts-3
Ability to learn working on various software applications quickly-4
Interpersonal.
Excellent memory-1
Well organized-2
Excellent attitude and discipline-3
High sense of responsibility-4
Ability to work under pressure for long continuous hours-5
Highly focused-6
Can work within a team-7
8-Perfect communication skills required for any interaction with customers
General cultural knowledge-9
Most important, ability to perform multitasking-10
Responsibilities:
Hardware configuration according to the designated firmware-1
Data entry on multiple applications-2
Providing telephonic customer support-3
Troubleshooting hardware errors and exception-4
Provide training to customers and new colleagues-5
Closely interact with on-field support team-6
Supervise new projects-7
Handle multiple processes for different customers-8
Report accomplished tasks to the direct manager on daily basis-9
Adhere to the deadlines-10
May have to work extra time under certain situations-11
